Two totems were installed in BTC (Bulgarian Telecommunication Company) offices – one of them - with presentation software, the other – with integrated touch screen technology with the possibility to choose an option to enhance staff work. The telecommunication company singled out a new method in communication with customers giving them the opportunity for interactive communication, aiming to enhance services and delivering current information on time easily.
